SHIPPING + RETURN POLICY


Enslaved offers free shipping on all US orders of $75 or more for orders confirmed on enslavedclothing.com. Orders under $75 receive flat rate discounted shipping at $7.

Most orders ship within 3 business days of order confirmation. Please allow 7 business days for US shipping. International orders please allow an additional 7-10 days. 

US Express shipping arrives 3 business days from shipment. Most express shipments leave our warehouse the day after the order is received, so allow 4 business days from order to receipt of package. Orders placed on Friday will not ship until Monday.

Enslaved only ships to the billing address of the credit card on purchases of $50 or more. If you need to ship to a different address than what is on your credit card, please use Amazon checkout as payment method.

Enslaved trusts the United States Postal Service (USPS) with most all shipments. This is the same company that brings you your mail every day. Once they confirm a package has been delivered, we no longer have visibility to the package and cannot assist with finding packages lost after this happens. If your tracking shows the package has been delivered, but you can't find it, please contact your local post office to resolve the issue. If you live in an area where you're worried about your package getting lost after being left at your house/apartment, please let us know BEFORE placing your order so we can arrange for another method of shipment.

Once a package has been confirmed as delivered on the USPS.com website, at the address you provided at time of order, we are no longer responsible for the package/items inside of the package.

Returns + Exchanges

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tag attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to change sizes, please return the item to us, along with a note stating the size you need in exchange. Make sure to include your original receipt, or at least your order number on the note, so we know where to send the exchange. Our return address for exchanges and refunds is:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your total purchase price AFTER the refund drops below the FREE SHIPPING order amount ($50 for US orders), the standard shipping fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please let us know BEFORE removing the tags or wearing. We will cover the expenses to get you a replacement item w/o the defect and/or damage. Once the tags are removed, or the item has been worn, we cannot accept returns. 

Returns for refund that total $150 or more will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
